  • The business diagnosis is a very important part. It is a basic – step number 1 – because all the processes, actions and next steps depend on what will show up after the diagnosis.
  • It is the same as when you go to the doctor. You cannot go there and say that you feel a pain in the hand and the doctor will just cut it off and you will be without a hand for the rest of your life. Just like that…
  • The problem can be something totally different as our body is a very complex system where one thing can influence another one.

  • The same applies for business everything is connected together. It is really important to define where the problem is and make a proper diagnosis. Then we can move to the goal definition, strategy, plan, tactic and specific activities to solve actual problem.

  • That’s why it is one of the first things I usually do with my clients during our consultations. They need someone to check how everything is working, understand their business and help them to solve their problems and I need to know this key information to be able to help them.
