Who am I?
  • I am Mark and I am a senior marketing and brand manager with 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, business, management, project management, content creation and creative production. I have experience in small and medium sized companies, start-ups, local events and projects, international companies to big and global corporations. As an external consultant I provide consultations for companies who need help with marketing, branding and business strategy.

  • I am strategic, creative and analytical solution provider who is always looking for improvements and how to do things better. I see things in a complex view where everything is connect together and I am always looking for ways how to make things work better and more effective. I am result oriented and I like to see visible results. Instead of just talking about theory, ideas and options I prefer to turn ideas into reality. I like to work on new projects, face new challenges and trying to find new solutions for problems.
What I do?
  • I help companies to define strategic business goals from a marketing and branding perspective, create communication plans for marketing activities and set up processes for improving marketing and branding activities. From analysis, strategy to planing next steps how to achieve your business goals, improve brand awareness and your positioning on the market. I am strategic solutions provider who can identify weak points and suggest improvements.
  • I can prepare workshops and educate your marketing or HR team, help you to execute your marketing activities and turn them into reality or just stay between your company and your marketing agency as an external consultant, advise and provide strategic recommendations.
  • I help businesses with strategic marketing & branding, being a bridge between the company and external marketing agency, supporting internal marketing department and helping with marketing and branding activities based on research, analysis, goals and strategy.
  • Thanks to my broad experience I can help with many areas – from creative work and content creation to strategy, leading marketing campaigns and be responsible for strategic projects – from strategy, planning, budgeting to execution and implementation.

My story...
  • My career in marketing started about 2013 when I wrote my bachelor thesis about marketing mix (4P’s) and even back then I was already focused on practical results. I was writing about existing business, created a web site for it and created communication strategy. Later I continued with study in Denmark, Copenhagen where I studied marketing, management an brand management.
  • After I graduated I took a brand management course at Copenhagen Business School. Even during my studies I was already working on various projects for various companies where I had the chance to learn and practice marketing and branding principles from the basics.
  • Since then I went through a lot in world of marketing and branding. I did graphic design, web design, social media marketing, photography and photo editing, videography and video editing and so on. It was natural because it was one big circle where everything is connected – first we need goals, strategy, plan and then next steps and execution as content creation and run the campaigns.
  • Just to  create content is nice but we need to know what kind of content we need, what we need to communicate, to whom and what kind of brand we want to create. Then we need to get that content and messages to the right people so we need online & offline marketing and advertising with the right message for the right target group with clear business goals and strategy.
  • For me it was just so natural doing a little bit from everything and after some time I became something like one man army because I was able to do basically do everything. Later I worked as content creator or marketing manager for various companies and after years also as head of brand marketing or senior brand marketing manager. That’s why my point of view is very specific and different and I can see things in businesses in very unique and complex way.
  • Today after 10+ years in marketing & branding I can still see that many companies and founders do not understand the very basics of strategic marketing and branding. Many of them underestimate the power and impact of marketing and branding on the business while they still think that marketing is just about advertisement or post on social media and branding is just a logo…
  • With my broad experience in various companies, various projects and various segments and my background and broad set of skills I am helping companies with strategic marketing and branding, planing, implementation and execution to support their strategic business goals. In personal life...
  • I am husband and father and I like travelling, reading books, listening old LP’s, everything about marketing & branding, sports and nature. In the past I used to train boxing and Muay Thai and I am UFC fan. When I relax I read, watch good movies or listen podcasts about various topics – from business, psychology, parenting, self development, success stories, interviews with interesting people and so on.
  • Since we moved from flat to the house I am also enjoying all kind of manual work around the house – from wood chopping, to gardening and so on. It is a my kind of relax and balance between business, work and life. In my professional career I am results driven and the same applies in my personal life where I like to see how ideas turned into reality.
  • I like photography and art – in the past I used to photograph a lot and many of my photos hang on the walls in our house. I used to photograph sport athletes, photos for commercials but also buildings, nature and so on – what I mostly enjoyed in Miami, New York, Atlanta or in Copenhagen where I spend almost 5 years of my life. I like all kinds of sports as for example: ice hockey, football, bowling and I like to spend a time in nature and with my family.
